Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LillianNoah purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Please package the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures that your desired item is reserved while your return is being processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
